ATTENTION HAIR STYLISTS!!! Is this cut right for my hair?

I have hair that is about 1.5 inches above my shoulders. It is one length except the front portion of my bangs are about an inch longer (angular cut). I want some layers that will make my cut a little sassier, but I don't want to feel like I've lost all my length! What should I do?! Suggestions, comments??
