I asked for a recommendation for a book on male child sexual abuse to give to a male survivor; YA deleted it?

I am shocked and disturbed that YA! would do this. I posted it in men's health and someone had it deleted! How awful that someone ignorant about this issue would attempt to disallow others from gaining knowledge. Anyway... I wanted to ask if there is anyone who has read a very helpful book about surviving male sexual child molestation that discusses the problems from childhood into adulthood and various resources for men.
