Car reaving up but not getting power to wheels? 95 caddi deville?

it started when i went to the beach yesterday, drover there fine, no idiot lights poped up. got in line with my car to pay to get in, went to start moving agian and my car would barely creep along, parked it, checked all fluids, they were all good. let it cool down for a few hours, checked fluids again, they were still good. started and it would move, but could still feel something not quite right with it. made the 60 mile trip back home, got off the HWY and on to a main road, and it started to do it again, reav up but not move. what could cause this?
