Where can I smoke a cigar in comfort in Anchorage, AK?

Just moved to Anchorage for six months, and due to an indoor smoking ban can't seem to locate anywhere to smoke a cigar in comfort. Best place I found so far is a strip club off Hwy 1 called Club Elixer (or something like that) that has an upstairs outdoor smoking area but it has a roof and plexiglass enclosing it along with a wimpy space heater. If you're right it front of the heater it's not too bad, but it's mostly cold there. Are there any better/more comfortable smoking areas around that will allow cigar smoking??? Are there any Cigar Clubs in this area??? Help!
