Please let me know. My tire my a weird noise when i drive, i can only hear when i drive slow?

On the left hand side, drivers side, one of the tires i think its the back makes like a metal clinging rhythmic noise. like something suck on tire is this serious. I am not close to a mechanic and i have to go on hwy for 6 hrs to go home. i only hear it why i go slow. its like clicks. is this serous can i drive
