What does this message from ChaCha mean?

This notification is to provide you with ten (10) days notice per section 16 of the Guide Independent Contractor Agreement that ChaCha has decided to terminate the agreement. Effective immediately, we will not be engaging your services to process current or future live sessions. Since you have established a payment method, you may initiate a payment to your account during this 10 day period less any fees and/or fraudulent sessions. If payment is not requested through proper payment channels during this time or you are setup for Pay Me Monthly, the total amount less any fees and/or disallowed sessions will be paid out within 45-60 days.
