Ive been scammed on the internet, how do i stop the bank from reporting me?

if you deposited a fake check you will be put into CHEX system which will prevent you from opening a new bank account for 5 years.There is nothing you can do to stop this. This is a standard measure when fraud is committed against a bank in the form of counterfeit checks
