ALZHEIMER'S FAMILIES: While caring for the Alzheimer's patient, do you have problems with INCESSANT talking?

I can't get my patient to be quiet. He chatters day and night and disallows sleep for his caretaker. She gets no sleep at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!
