Do you reckon England vs Germany in the 2010 World Cup would've been like....?

The Liverpool vs AC Milan game if that second goal was disallowed despite how bad England appeared it's like saying even though AC Milan scored three goals and then Liverpool came back three aswell up to that point who was really better out the two before penalties came it's seemed like when that second goal was disallowed the game completely stopped and it was a void game if that makes sense and no disrespect to Germany either.
