I need help on a CA speeding ticket?

I just got a speeding ticket this weekend on CA hwy 70 and the officer cited me for going 72 on 55mph. However, I was going about 64 because part of the hwy was 65 and some part of the hwy was going 55. What should do..? Should I go to court..? What is my options? Pls help me, this is my first speeding ticket. Thanks in advance
