Are 3DS and DS games the same physical size?

The 3DS games are the same size as the DS(i) games (except for the tab which is quite small). The 3DS it self is slightly thicker than the DSi thought but not by much.

How should I do my hair?!?

I'm going to 6 flags on Friday, and there will be some kids from school there. I have a really cute outfit. But idk what to do with my hair! We'll only be going in the evening until closing. I have shoulder length, layered hair.. Last time I went I straitened it, and it got kinda messed up. I was thinking of curling it. But idk! I wanna look pretty! Help please! :)

I need help on a CA speeding ticket?

I just got a speeding ticket this weekend on CA hwy 70 and the officer cited me for going 72 on 55mph. However, I was going about 64 because part of the hwy was 65 and some part of the hwy was going 55. What should do..? Should I go to court..? What is my options?
